The Chakras are located in different centers of the body. The first chakra is at base of the tailbone and each consecutive chakra moves upward like a step on a ladder up the body to the top of the head. The third Chakra is located in the area above the belly button also known as the solar plexus. The third chakra regulates the liver and stomach helping with digestion, assimilation, and detoxification. It’s healthy color is bright yellow, and its qualities are joy, expansion, forgiveness, serenity and empowerment.
