The Second Chakra

Have you heard of the Chakras before? They are energy ceneters in the body that help regulate vitality and health. In SSL we are studying the Chakras because of their importance in overall emotional, physical and etherical health. In general there are seven main chakras. The second chakra is located in the sacral area of the body or lower abdomen and genetals. This Chakra when its healthy is the center of creativity, emotional stability, passion and sensuality.
